We have some awesome ideas this holiday, we’ve taken all the stress out of finding things to do, so that all you have to think about is to have fun!

There is loads going on in Swindon this Half Term to keep everyone entertained with some awesome events going on at the Designer Outlet where they even have a giant robot tortoise turning up, there’s also the STEAM Museum, Roves Farm & Swindon & Cricklade Railway, as well as family friendly restaurants and days out in the countryside we’ve found for you guys to check out this week.

Family Friendly Restaurants:

Finding a kid friendly restaurant can sometimes be difficult, so we at Entertainment Swindon have searched around and we’ve come up with a great selection of pubs and restaurants that cater for the whole family.

Kids menus, activity books and much more, Swindon has a great selection of places to eat out at that make that extra effort to make a family meal out an enjoyable stress free event for all.

With Half-Term here, finding days out as a family is a great way to keep the kids entertained and an awesome way to explore Swindon and the surrounding area.

We’ve found a great selection of our favourite days out within an hour of Swindon to entertain the whole family – Time to have an adventure!

Explore the rich history of the Great Western Railway and hear about the extraordinary things achieved by ordinary men and women… 

Roves Farm:

Roves Farm is the perfect place to take the kids this half-term for a great day out! A great family day out with so much to do, whatever the weather.

Roves Farm is a family run, working farm open all year round.  Welcoming people of all ages to come and experience and learn about animals, farming and the countryside.

Days Out in the Countryside:

Head out of urban Swindon and check out the most amazing attractions the surrounding countryside of Swindon has to offer. The rolling countryside of Wiltshire has some of the most historical sites in the country to visit, right on the doorstep of Swindon.

Rainy Days:

Whatever the weather, we’ve got you covered! We still haven’t reached Spring yet. The weather right now is very unpredictable, so we at Entertainment Swindon have come up with some great ideas to still have great fun, even in the rain…
