A unique photography club that unlike other photography clubs that meet in school halls, community centres, this club meet at the Riverside Pub in Lechlade. A very informal club with no members fee open to everyone whatever your level and whatever you use for a camera, whether that is a high-end DSLR, a compact camera or just the iPhone in your back pocket. In fact when you attend the club for the first time, you will find many of the members use their smart phones to take photos.

The club is full of people of all levels of photography, from novice to professionals who make a living from this wonderful medium who are always there to offer advice and inspiration to all.

Entertainment Swindon’s editor is a member of Lechlade Photographers and his opinion of the club is that its the most friendliest, welcoming photography club he has ever been a member of.

Each month, the club organises a photographic challenge to help both inspire members to get out each moth to take pictures and to talk about during each meeting. Some meetings during the warmer months take place outside where the group choses somewhere to go out and take photos locally in sociable outings.

The occasional day trips are also organised, officially and unofficially within the group.
