Our Story
Back in 2010, Chris Carswell and Karl Tulloch had a vision. To build a home and business maintenance company that did things right; to put the customer at the heart of everything they did.
That meant speaking in plain English, not leaving muddy footprints on carpets, and triple-checking every screw and joint.
This is us in short – Rightio; we do things right. And we wanted to be the UK’s number 1 maintenance & emergency services provider.
Dedication was key, and we knew it wouldn’t be an easy journey.
But it would be an incredible one. We kept the phone in touching distance at all times, and within 3 years, we had created a nationwide network of excellence, with an almost unbelievable surge in turnover, staff and office space.
We’re not resting on our laurels though. To this day, that passion to be the best remains just as important. We know an exciting future lies ahead.
