February saw our Indoor Net Sessions begin and they’ll continue every Wednesday through to 29th May, held at Pinewood School, Bourton. A good opportunity to meet the players and see for yourselves the club set up. On the subject of nets, we are in the process of obtaining outdoor nets ready for the start of our outdoor season this year.
We will also run our Junior Cricket, namely ‘All Stars’ and ‘Dynamos’, this year with details available on our website. We will play on Saturdays in the Wiltshire League Division 6 but so far have not received the fixtures. Following our AGM last month the Shrivenham Cricket Club are still in the business of signing new members with the hope of starting a second XI.
