So anyone that knows me, Im not a football fan, I will watch England, but thats Patriotism more than the sport itself. If its England I will be there supporting whatever the sport.
So when I was researching for my ‘Ultimate Guide to England Songs’ and stumbled across the Drunken Texan on YouTube reacting to English football fans chanting at matches I almost spat my Pepsi out over my laptop with shock and laughter!
Now I would be naive to say I thought English football chants are U Rated, we all know us English can be colourful with our language, especially in the stadiums, BUT watching this video to the end almost put me in A&E for a hernia because I had laughed so much!
I really didn’t realise how much Footie fans loved chanting about Jimmy Saville!
Having lived for a short time un the US and being a huge American sports fan, especially NFL & NBA, Ive been to plenty of Miami Heat and Miami Dolphins games and you I promise you never hear anything like this! I mean never, its very much a family environment, so watching the Texans reactions to this is just hilarious!!!
