Members of Nationwide came on stage at the GWR Park event on Saturday to show their support of Swindon & Wiltshire Pride to the cheering applause of the crowd. Nationwide Building Society have been a dedicated sponsor to Swindon & Wiltshire Pride for much of its 16years and continued their support to the largest Pride event in Wiltshire.
Speaking to Gareth, Director of Operations for Nationwide Building Society, he said “We are proud to support Swindon & Wiltshire Pride as this years headline sponsors, at Nationwide we want to give a banking experience people can trust regardless of their gender, sexuality or religion and why we chose to support this really important event”.
Swindon & Wiltshire Pride Press Manager Andy Midwinter said, “We are so touched by the reaction we have received, it was heartwarming to see our fans come with us to our new home and fall in love with the venue as much as we have.”
Chairperson Paul Stewart added, “We are hugely thankful to our sponsors, especially our main sponsor Nationwide Building Society. Without all our sponsors, we could not put on this event”.
