The Next Longevity Games:
The next ‘Longevity Games’ is on 15th September at the Swindon Athletics Track, the games is an event focused on promoting and celebrating longevity, good health and overall wellbeing.
Encompassing activities such as endurance, strength, explosive exercises all geared towards improvement of quality of life, Longevity Games is all about inclusivity to all genders and levels of fitness from the complete novice to the regular gym goer and runner.
Everyone that enters will get a Longevity Games t-shirt and water bottle.
