2024 saw the very first Cotswold Fest, a three day music festival just on the edge of the Cotswolds. Unlike many festivals who started up with just a one day event, growing with time to a whole weekend, Oakley Hayward from Highworth, hit the road running and put on the best local festivals of the summer, with bands like Faux Fighters, Rock the 90s and even NOASIS, its as if Cotswolds Fest organiser had a premonition that Oasis were going to get back together!
Off stage, Cotswold Fest had things to keep all the family busy and entertained throughout the weekend. There was even the world famous Ken Fox Wall of Death, sending thrills and shivers down the back of festival goers spines as motorbikes defied gravity whizzing round a 20ft high vertical wall, there was also total wipeout inflatables, a large fair ground with all the favourite rides, beer tent with more entertainment on a small stage, silent disco, and a great selection of food venders, oh! And camping!
Cotswold Fest dates are now released, and tickets for 25-27th July are now available to purchase. Get your tickets now! This is definitly going to be a must not miss festival. Speaking to Cotswold Fest founder Oakley Hayward, he said “We are really excited! We cant wait till next summer and putting on another amazing weekend of music and entertainment.” Oakley went on to say “I cant thank all the volunteers who without their support we could never have put on this years festival and everyone else involved, and of course everyone that bought tickets”.
