Yellowstone fans, the era is close, next month the Dutton family saga is nearing its end. According to MTV Entertainment Studios head Chris McCarthy, there’s another spin-off in development. The series, titled ‘The Madison’, reportedly stars Michelle Pfeiffer (Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania) and Matthew Fox (Lost) in a story that takes place directly after the events of Yellowstone. Much is still up in the air, but the post-Dutton future is beginning to take shape.
What We Know So Far:
The series, titled ‘The Madison’, will add Matthew Fox to the cast, joining series lead Michelle Pfeiffer and Patrick J. Adams.
Fox will play Paul, a “self-reliant bachelor who loves the outdoors.”
The Madison, from MTV Entertainment Studios, Sheridan’s 101 Studios and Bosque Ranch Productions, is “a heartfelt study of grief and human connection following a New York City family in the Madison River valley of central Montana,” with Pfeiffer also set to serve as an executive producer on the series. Adams, who starred in the USA hit Suits, will play a young investment banker named Russell McIntosh.
Elle Chapman (A Man Called Otto, Florida Wild) and Beau Garrett (Firefly Lane, The Good Doctor, Girlfriend’s Guide to Divorce) have also joined the cast.
Sheridan has a number of other projects in the works at Paramount, both for Paramount+ and for TV, including a number of Yellowstone sequels and spinoffs.
