Calling all writers! This two-day writing bootcamp hosted by acclaimed author Victoria Gosling will cover all the basics of fiction writing.
Suitable for new writers or offering a shot in the arm for those keen to reinvigorate their writing practice, we’ll start off by talking about establishing a writing routine – and how to overcome those blocks.
After exercises to kickstart the imagination, we will focus on characterisation and dialogue (Saturday), followed by plot and structure, self-editing, and a brief overview of how to begin finding publishers for your work (Sunday). The perfect place to reignite your love of writing, the workshop will provide inspiration and encouragement in equal measure in a supportive, creative environment.
