Swindon’s very first Wellbeing Festival was hailed a huge success by all that attended, with many not just asking for the event to be an annual one, but to have another a soon as this summer!
The event that was organised by the STEAM Museum Swindon, put on an event thats saw classes throughout the weekend from Yoga to Sound Bath, and in the main hall there was a retail area with stalls selling hand-crafted jewellery, wellness products from handmade scented candles to skin products, along with local mediums, chiropractor’s, Reiki practitioners, reflexologists and much more.
There was also a packed weekend of presentations and talks by wellness industry experts offering a wealth of knowledge from Body-Mind-Coaching, holistic practises, reducing radiation from home electrical appliances, Breathwork techniques and much more.
Jasmeen Peel, who attended the wellness event, said “An Amazing Wellbeing Market Experience! Last weekend’s Wellbeing Market was absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere was vibrant, full of positive energy, and a wonderful mix of stalls offering everything for health, wellness, and self-care. The venue was great—spacious, well-organised, and perfect for the event”.
Vicki Ploma said: “Such a wonderful weekend”
Speaking to many of the stallholders and businesses, the response was hugely positive, with all stating they wanted the event to be a regular annual event, with one saying it was what Swindon had been needing for a long time.
