Casio has released the LF-30W-1A, LF-30W-2A, LF-30W-3A, and LF-30W-8A watches in the UK. These wearables support world time with a built-in indicator map and other features such as daily alarms and a stopwatch.

This rerelease of this popular 80s Casio watch is now available on the watch brands online store in the UK, revealing the price of the upcoming model in this market. The product page also confirms the features of this watch, such as support for multiple world time zones with an indicator map, daily alarms and a 1/100th second stopwatch.

The Casio LF-30W watches have been released in the UK. These four products leaked at a Vietnamese retailer back in April 2025 and appeared at the brand’s online store in the UK later that month.

Customers in the UK can now buy the Casio LF-30W-1A (black), LF-30W-2 (blue), LF-30W-3A (green), and LF-30W-8A (white) watches for just £29.90.

These awesome kickbacks to the 80s will be released on 1st June.

The LF-30W series is Casio’s latest world time watch. The lower section on the digital display shows the time in 12 or 24 hour formats, with users able to switch between up to four selected time zones. The date and weekday are also shown here. Above this, a small world map indicates the current time zone selected on the watch. Plus, there are three boxes to indicate the status of features like mute, alarm and hourly time signals. Other features include an LED backlight, a countdown timer and a 1/10th-second stopwatch. According to Casio, the LF-30W watches will run for around three years on the replaceable CR1616 battery.

Look Back at the Casio Map Watch…

The 80s Casio A300 (or its modern reissue, the A500WA-1) is a popular and well-regarded watch known for its design, affordable price, and functionality.  Many reviews praise its classic look, easy readability, and durable construction.  It’s seen as a great value for money, offering a unique retro aesthetic and a range of features.

AE-1200 World Time ‘Royale’

You want to be cool like James Bond, don’t you? The Casio AE-1200 World Time is cleverly nicknamed the ‘Casio Royale’ as it sparks a striking resemblance to a Seiko watch James Bond wore in the movie “Octopussy”.

The AE-1200 has a look that is unique to just about any other digital watch on the market, with its worldwide map display which highlights the region of the currently selected time zone.

On top of its typical digital time display, it also has a round, analog-looking, 12-hour clock that mocks a typical three-handed watch in a digital format and kind of looks like a radar out of a James Bond film. It also features 12 and 24-hour displays, alarms, a 100M water resistance rating, and a 10-year battery life.  How’s that for longevity!
