This weekend see’s the start of the Super Bowl 2026 Play-Offs, as 14 teams battle it out to reach next month’s Super Bowl!
Kicking off the Play-Off’s is Wild Card Weekend! Where twelve teams will will face off, sending six teams home and six to the next stage in their journey to San Francisco on Sunday 8th February 2026. Just two teams will make it all the way to the Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, home of the San Francisco 49ers.

Here’s the complete guide to the Super Bowl Play-Offs…
Both the NFC & AFC Number One seeds, Denver Broncos & Seattle Seahawks take a week out, as the wildcards play off for for their place in the next round. The Broncos and Seahawks will face the lowest remaining seeds in next weeks Divisional Round.
The Philadelphia Eagles will be looking to achieve back to back Super Bowl victories this year, an accomplishment only achieved by nine teams in the history of the Super Bowl, and Houston Texans, along with Jacksonville Jaguars aim to reach the Super Bowl for the first time in their franchises histories.

Favourites to reach the Super Bowl, are the LA Rams and Seattle Seahawks. Other contenders that stand out are Buffalo Bills from the AFC. Any Quarter Back that goes up against the Seattle Seahawks Defence who have been totally on point this season closing down opposition plays with ease. Also Houston will give any offensive line up a real headache with Will Anderson Jr and Danielle Hunter on perfect form this season. Seahawks are favourites to win the Super Bowl next month, but Houston if they can keep a strong offence to compliment their impressive defence, they will be definitely favourites to win through the AFC play-offs.
The AFC to me are much more difficult to predict who will go through than the NFC, the defensive line of the Seahawks and the 2025 defending champions Philadelphia Eagles, along with the LA Rams with their awesome offence line that have been on fire this season.
The AFC however with the Jaguars having the best all round team and a strong playing Houston Texans, for me are the ones to look out for in the AFC, with I think the Texans pinching it through to the Super Bowl, where I think for the AFC, the Rams for me will come through, giving us a LA Rams vs Houston Texans facing off on 8th February at the Levi’s Stadium for Super Bowl LX.
Four years ago, the LA Rams lifted the Lombardi Trophy, and I think its their turn again. My Prediction is that the LA Rams will beat Houston Texans on 8th February at the Levi’s Stadium in San Francisco.
