Swindon Wellness Festival is back for a second year after the huge success of the 2025 event! A weekend of revitalising and re-igniting your health and fitness goals for the year ahead.

Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th February 2025, 9:30am – 5:30pm.

The two-day event promises to help kick-start your year with a range of workshops, mini treatment sessions and talks, all designed to help you to improve your overall wellbeing.

Included in the programme are a variety of dynamic workshops, including breathwork, dance flow meditation, and a variety of mindful exercises. Visitors will also be invited to take part in a ground-breaking sound bath workshop, where you’ll experience soothing vibrations and calming sounds from Tibetan bowls, gongs and chimes.

Speakers will present engaging talks on a range of topics such as stress relief, changing your mindset to overcome self-destructive beliefs, and how the language we use and our posture reflects who we are.

Mini-taster sessions of reflexology, reiki and beauty treatments will be available to try and local physiotherapists, hypnotherapists, fitness coaches and chiropractors will all be on-hand to give advice.

There will be stalls selling items designed to nourish the body and soul, such as natural remedies, aromatherapy products, crystals and so much more.

Refreshments will be available to purchase throughout the weekend.

Saturday 8th February

10.30am-11.25am: Intuitive Dance — A Gentle Invitation to Move from Within

Intuitive Dance is a welcoming, movement-based experience where music and your body’s own impulses guide you. There’s no choreography, no right way of moving — just the freedom to explore what feels right for you in each moment. Participants are invited to drop out of habitual thinking and into the felt experience of movement, allowing emotions, creativity and embodied awareness to come into expression. This kind of free movement has been shown to support emotional release, uplift mood and deepen connection to self and others in a compassionate, accessible way.

11.40am-12.35pm: Move, Breathe, Smile – Qigong for all

Move with ease, feel the joy. Ancient Chinese mindfulness practice called Qigong. Suitable for all levels of fitness. Embrace the journey towards health and wellbeing.

12.50pm – 1.45pm: Move, Breath, Align with Zoe Humphries

Join me for a gentle, beginner friendly Pilates session designed to help you move, stretch and reset. Focusing on simple, guided mindful movement to improve posture, core strength and body awareness.

2.00pm – 2.55pm: Reiki meditation: Aura Cleansing and Energy Renewal

Step into a sacred hour of healing where Reiki energy meets meditation to awaken your inner light.  In this guided journey you will be gently led through a meditative cleanse of your chakras (energy centres) and your aura, washing away stagnant energies and restoring flow, balance and clarity. Bathed in the subtle vibrations of Reiki, you will reconnect with your true essence, expand your sense of peace, and open space for renewal on every level – mind, body and spirit. This is a beautiful opportunity to realign with your highest self and leave feeling radiant, uplifted and deeply nourished.

3.10pm – 4.05pm: Inward Light Sound Journey

Come home to yourself through the power of sacred sound healing. As Winter holds us in her quiet embrace, this Inward Light Sound Journey invites you to soften into stillness and listen deeply. A deeply restorative experience to slow down – beyond the noise, beyond the roles and into the truth of who you are. chimes, grounding earthy vibrations and aromatic scents, you’ll be guided inward to rest, release and gently awaken the light that lives beneath the surface. As waves of sound wash over you the mind becomes clear, nervous system calms, and the heart space opens. This soul-nourishing experience invites you to unwind and return to your natural rhythm. Blossoming as your authentic self.

4.20pm – 5.15pm: Rest & Rejuvenate Breathwork Journey

Through our “Rest and Rejuvenate Breathwork Journey” together, you will be guided to deeply relax your mind, body and soul through the power of the breath. A simple yet highly effective session, this journey will leave you feeling calm and relaxed, whilst more importantly, providing you with holistic tools to support you whilst at home. This session will show you how to slow down your mind before bed, allowing you to fall asleep quicker and enjoying deeper levels of sleep. More importantly, Siân will show you the importance of improving your sleep hygiene and the impact it can have on your happiness, mental and physical health… Changing your sleep routine can change your life!

Sunday 9th February

10.30am – 11.25am: Morning Activation Breathwork

Join Siân for a fun-loving Morning Activation Breathwork. Most often, we start the day feeling groggy – We haven’t had a restful sleep to recharge our batteries and can feel slow to wake up, until we’ve had our morning hit of caffeine. With this beautiful activation Breathwork session, you will be guided to connect to your life force energy and harness the power of the Breath to leave you feeling ALIVE! No more mornings of chaos, this session will show you the importance of starting the day by slowing down…. When you learn how to tap into your own energy, you will start the day feeling clear of mind, energised and ready to take on the world!

11.40am – 12.35pm: Sound Bath Healing Relaxation

Restorative Sound Healing – This session is your space to pause, breathe and re-align. Through the healing tones and gentle sound frequencies of Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs and other ancient instruments you will be guided into deep rest, energetic harmony and inner calm.

12.50pm – 1.45pm: Sound Bath Healing Relaxation

2.00pm – 2.55pm: The work-life balance myth!

How to get what you are really looking for, without overwhelm! You will discover: Why work-life balance is a myth, What you really want when you think you want work-life balance, The 7 levels of balance, Understand what gets you out of balance and what to do about it and How to get back to feeling in control without getting stressed about it.

3.10pm – 4.05pm: Drumming Circle

Join together and connect to the beautiful power of the drum. Move through meditation, drumming, singing and sharing. No drumming experience is necessary. Drums and rattles will b provided but if you do have your own please bring it along so there are more for others to share.

4.20pm – 5.15pm: Energy Healing Meditation

A soothing space to slow down, soften, and reconnect. In this guided meditation you will be invited to rest in the way that feels best for your body — lying down, sitting, or simply being still. Through the healing vibration of light language, you’ll open your heart, quieten the mind, and allow your soul to listen. This is a time to gently discover what you need next, release what no longer serves, and receive what your body and spirit are ready for. No experience is needed — just bring yourself, as you are, and allow space for deep rest and renewal.
