Off the back of a strong 2025 season, Swindon Storm have high expectations under new head coach Rich Van Sloten.

Ahead of the first official game of the 2026 season on 19th April, Swindon Storm will face Bristol Apache, for a pre-season game on Sunday 29th March, with kick-off at 12noon.

There is still time for players and coaches to join the team this season, just get in touch and come down Sundays to try out. No experience necessary, the team will provide you with the special kit. Just bring your boots, a bottle, and a learning mentality.

2025 saw Swindon Storm, who play in the South West Division 2, narrowly missed out on the play-offs. This season under Head Coach Rich Van Sloten who actually took Storm to the play-offs a couple years ago, and off the back of a solid 2025 season, Swindon Storm are looking good for 2026.
