The Highworth & District Lions are currently busy planning and organising our big 50th Charter Anniversary evening, this will be
held at Wrag Barn on Saturday 25th May. If you would like to attend,

and disco.

The Lions charity shop has had so many amazing donations along with lots of customers visiting us to snap up bargains. The Lions are currently looking for more volunteers to join our existing shop volunteers to help with the day-today running of the shop.

If you have a few hours or more to spare then email the Lions at the
address below. Recently the Lions received a donation of £1,000 towards the cost of a new defibrillator at the Co-op store in Abbey Farm, North Swindon. The Lions were invited along to see the defibrillator that has been installed and to meet the store team along with a few people from their head office.

The Lions were proud to have been able to assist in getting another vital life-saving piece of equipment into the community to help save lives.

The Lions Club are looking for local businesses to donate any kind of donation for their raffle prize draw in May, this could be local products, vouchers, overnight stay prize, meal voucher or service such as a beauty treatment.
