Steam and Cream Teas is back for 2026 – join Colin Hatch and his team of heritage specialist engineers on the weekend of 11-12th July, for a look at machinery from decades (centuries?) past.

There will be artisans and craftspeople showing and selling their work in our gardens, too, as well as an exhibition of fibre arts in our first floor gallery, with demonstrations downstairs.
Unearthed performing on Sunday at 2pm, with The Blind Tomorrow also playing on Sunday from 3.30pm!
Entry is FREE, and our cafe will be open for our famous cream teas at only £4 a portion. Cash and cards accepted.
There is limited parking on Day House Lane, with more paid public parking at the Coate Water overflow car park – our garden gate has direct access. The museum’s car park is limited to our volunteers and those with access needs.
