Fish Brothers is preparing to bring one of the UK’s newest automotive brands to Swindon, with a new LEPAS dealership opening on Ashworth Road this September.

Work is currently underway on the new LEPAS site, which will be located alongside Fish Brothers Honda on Ashworth Road, ahead of its planned September 2026 launch.

LEPAS is a new electrified automotive brand from global manufacturer Chery International, combining distinctive design, intelligent technology and plug-in hybrid performance.

The first model arriving in the UK will be the LEPAS L8, a large five-seat plug-in hybrid SUV featuring the brand’s distinctive “Leopard Aesthetics” design philosophy.

Fish Brothers will celebrate the opening with a special launch and test drive event in early September, when customers from across Swindon and the surrounding area will be invited to see the new dealership, discover the LEPAS brand and get behind the wheel of the L8.

A spokesperson for Fish Brothers said:

“Being able to introduce a completely new automotive brand to our customers is a fantastic opportunity, and we think the combination of design, technology and electrified performance offered by LEPAS will really stand out.

“Work is progressing well on the new site alongside Honda on Ashworth Road, and we are looking forward to welcoming everyone to our launch and test drive event in early September.

“We cannot wait for people to see the L8 in person and experience these fantastic new vehicles for themselves.”

Customers wanting to be among the first LEPAS owners in the UK can also take advantage of the LEPAS Founders Club.

A fully refundable £99 deposit can secure a place, with qualifying customers receiving benefits worth almost £1,800, including a £1,000 customer saving, a three-year service plan and an exclusive LEPAS handover gift box.

The Founders Club is limited to the first 500 qualifying customers, with reservations required by 31 August 2026.
