WHAT STARTED AS A TRACK DAY HAS TURNED INTO SOMETHING MUCH BIGGER!

The idea behind the Roads & Rogues Charity Track Day with Carter Tom and RSFFE Track Days was pretty simple.

Get a bunch of petrolheads together at Castle Combe, bring some awesome cars, have a brilliant day on track and use it to raise money and awareness for causes that genuinely mean something to all involved!

To say it’s grown legs, from a small WhatsApp group to a celebrity attended event along with popular YouTube Motoring Channels such as Exotic & Supercar, DRIVETRIBE and Garage Tinkering. The is an awesome mix of automotive businesses, social media content creators, and plenty of friends across the car scene supporting this event, and Entertainment Swindon is one of them along with another Swindon based businesses who you probably know, the guys from 360 Comps! And Swindon based motoring social media content creator SAMTURBS. We will be at the event bringing you loads of content, behind the scenes and hopefully a couple of celebrity interviews! And yeh, yours truly will be back out on the track testing out a few of the cars on the day!

The closed event is now fully booked, however there are other ways to help this event support the fantastic charities benefiting from this event.

Talking to Richard Thomas from Roads & Rogues, he told Entertainment Swindon: “We are still adding to the event. Its going to be a great event, all benefiting some amazing charities. Underneath all the cars, noise and inevitable arguments about lap times, it really is about the charities. That’s the reason we are all coming together at Castle Combe for”.

Richard went on to say: “Cancer and dementia have affected my own family, and having spent 11years working alongside the Armed Forces, supporting the military community is also something that means a lot to me. So if we can take something we all love, cars and use it to do some good, that’s a pretty decent way to spend a day!”

The event is building a serious prize pot!

Richard told us: “This isn’t about putting on some polished corporate event. It’s about a bunch of petrolheads coming together, having an absolutely brilliant day and hopefully doing something genuinely good along the way”.
