Alpine is currently experiencing organic growth, driven by its Extraordinary Everyday models: the Alpine A290 hot hatch, which already represents 70% of sales, and the latest addition to the range, the Alpine A390 sport fastback, offered in GT and GTS versions across the brand’s key markets.

Alpine is allowing customers to further personalize their car while remaining true to the brand’s design DNA. Design remains a key driver of desirability: the new palette highlights the sculpted proportions and distinctive character of both models, with each finish selected to enhance their emotional appeal.
This broader product offer is attracting new customers to Alpine, with almost 80% of Alpine A290 buyers coming from outside the Renault Group customer portfolio.
The Alpine A290 is the brand’s best-selling model and a key conquest vehicle. It proves that electrification can enhance driving pleasure, bringing Alpine performance to a new generation of customers as the accessible entry point into the brand’s universe, combining everyday agility, genuine driving engagement and unmistakable Alpine hot hatch character.
Alpine will showcase the Atelier Alpine programme at this year’s Paris Motor Show, Mondial de l’Auto 2026, from 12 to 18 October, extending it to both the Alpine A290 and Alpine A390 for the first time as the brand reinforces its premium positioning and growing appeal. Visitors to the Alpine stand, Hall 6, Stand A22, will be able to explore a wealth of new colours, trims and finishes in person, alongside a first glimpse of the next stage in the Alpine A110’s evolution.
The show comes as Alpine accelerates its drive to become the world’s reference French premium sports specialty brand. Built around a clear product strategy, this ambition rests on five pillars: electrification as a performance opportunity, Alpine’s DNA of lightness and driving pleasure, French savoir-faire, motorsport credibility, and technology and innovation. It reflects a bold and confident vision of sportiness for Alpine, oriented toward the future, while remaining true to its heritage of performance and emotion.
Alpine A290: expanding personalisation for Alpine’s electric hot hatch
The new Collection trim will launch this equipment offer on both available A290 powertrains, 180 hp and 220 hp, with GT and GT Performance serving as reference versions. Based on this positioning, Alpine has created a distinctive design offer including Blanc Nival with black roof as standard, body-colour wheel arches, reinforcing Alpine A290 elegance, and 19-inch diamond-cut Snowflake wheels. Exclusive silver front brake calipers add a distinctive finishing touch, complemented by chrome monograms.

Inside, the all-new Collection trim, proposes a dedicated Interior harmony Bleu Profond / Gris Evee textured coating and fabric, alongside a heated new black steering wheel, since color and trim offer will be exclusive to the Alpine A290 GT and GT Performance Collection.
As an exclusive offer for Alpine A290 Collection trim, customers will be able to specify the new option Bleu Orage Mat paint finish with a black roof. A catalogue of options will also be available, allowing customers to further personalise their A290 such as Telemetry, Pack Safety – ADAS and customization elements including the French flag on the C-pillar, a blue steering wheel center and blue wheel caps.
Further specification details will be announced at the Paris Mondial de l’Auto.
Alpine A390: elevated craftsmanship and sporting elegance
The extended Atelier Alpine offer for the A390 will be showcased by a GTS version in the new Bleu Tempête Mat body colour with a black roof. It introduces new Alpine sport seats by Sabelt with genuine leather Nappa gris, Alpine monogram “Or pale”, 21-inch forged “Snowflake” wheels semi-diamond cut “Or pale”, and new carbon Damier mat on console, dashboard and Sabelt seat rear shell. Displayed alongside the GTS will be a GT finished in Bleu Alpine Vision with a black roof and fitted with new 20-inch Comète alloy wheels with a new lightweight design. All options in the Atelier offer will be available for both GT and GTS versions.

The Alpine A390 embodies how Alpine is expanding into new sectors. The five-seater electric sport fastback broadens the brand’s reach while remaining true to its performance DNA, combining space, versatility and emotion without compromise. Thanks to all-wheel drive and 3 electric motors Alpine A390 introduces Alpine Active Torque Vectoring – AATV, carrying the brand’s feeling of lightness and exhilarating driving experience into this new segment for the brand.
The next chapter of the Alpine A110
The Alpine A110 remains at the heart of Alpine’s identity, faithful to the brand’s timeless principles of lightweight design, exhilarating driving and French savoir-faire — and now set to carry that DNA forward as the world’s first true electric sports car. Earlier this year, the development mule for the forthcoming third-generation A110, A110 Future, offered a glimpse of how that DNA could translate into the electric era. Paris will mark the next stage in that journey, with Alpine set to reveal further details of the iconic model’s evolution on September 28th.

The Alpine A290 and the Alpine A390 are available through the Alpine Retail Network within 210 Alpine, Alpine Store and Atelier Alpine in 25 countries worldwide.
