A 5.5metre windmill inspired by the world of Shaun the Sheep forms the centrepiece of Longleat’s Spooktacular Adventures event this October half term.

The Wiltshire estate is celebrating the latest adventures of Shaun and the flock in the new film Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom, in cinemas now.

Taking place until Sunday 1 November, guests will need to save the Halloween hoedown as the beast’s pumpkins threaten to take over the park.
Guests will have puzzles to solve across the park as part of the trail, before returning to the windmill to hand in their trail sheets for a treat.
Scott Ashman, Head of Operations at Longleat, said “We were inspired by the iconic windmill from the Aardman classics featuring Shaun the Sheep for our centrepiece celebrating the new film.
“The event will celebrate all things autumn with barn dancing, live music and farmyard games with the new film at its heart.
“For older guests, we have also brought back our Ghost Tours of Longleat House for another year.”
Ghost Tours are an additional add on to the Day Ticket and are not suitable for under 13’s or those with limited mobility.
