Fish Brothers Toyota Swindon is proud to announce that it has achieved Gold accreditation in Toyota’s Best Employer in Town (BEiT) programme – the highest level of recognition available within the standard.

The achievement recognises the commitment of the entire team at Fish Brothers Toyota Swindon to creating a positive workplace where colleagues are supported, encouraged to develop and given the opportunity to build rewarding careers.

Toyota’s Best Employer in Town (BEiT) Accreditation is a people-focused standard and framework designed to assess how retailers support, develop and engage their employees.

With three levels of accreditation – Bronze, Silver and Gold – the programme looks closely at the practices and culture businesses have in place for their people. Achieving Gold demonstrates that Fish Brothers Toyota Swindon is operating as a progressive, best-in-class employer, with a strong approach to recruitment, colleague development, employee engagement and continuous improvement.

Putting Our People First

Speaking to a spokesperson at Fish Brothers, they said: “At Fish Brothers, we believe that delivering an outstanding experience for our customers starts with creating an outstanding environment for our colleagues.

Achieving Gold is recognition of the work that takes place across Toyota Swindon every day – from welcoming and developing new team members to supporting existing colleagues as they grow their skills, knowledge and careers.

It also reflects our continued focus on building a workplace culture where people feel valued, supported and proud to be part of the business”.

As the automotive industry continues to evolve, attracting, developing and retaining talented people has never been more important. Fish Brothers investment in the team across the company ensures they can continue providing the high standards of service and customer care that people across Swindon and the surrounding area expect from Fish Brothers Toyota.
